Information we collect
If you contact us by telephone or WhatsApp, we may receive your name (if you provide it), phone number, requested treatment and session length, preferred date and time, whether you want an appointment at the Mayfair studio or an outcall, and the hotel, area or address needed to arrange an outcall. Please do not send information that is not needed to arrange your appointment.
This website does not take bookings or payments through an online form. Payment is cash at the appointment; we do not collect card details through this website.
How we use information
We use enquiry and booking information to answer your questions, check availability, agree the treatment, time and total price, arrange the appointment, and respond to any follow-up about it. We may also use limited information to keep necessary business records, handle complaints or disputes, and protect the website and our business. We do not sell enquiry lists or use booking enquiries for marketing.
WhatsApp and other service providers
When you contact us through WhatsApp, your message and related account information are also handled by WhatsApp/Meta under their own terms and privacy policy. See WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy. Our website hosting and security providers may process technical data, such as IP address, device/browser details, requested pages and timestamps, to deliver and protect the website. We share information only where needed for these purposes or where the law requires it.
Cookies and website analytics
The public pages reviewed on 8 October 2026 did not show an online booking form, payment checkout, or identifiable analytics or advertising tags. WordPress and the website host may use strictly necessary technical storage or security logs to operate and protect the site. If non-essential analytics or advertising tools are added, this notice and the site’s consent controls will be updated before they are used.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and booking details only for as long as needed to respond, arrange the appointment and complete any follow-up. We then delete them unless a complaint, dispute, security issue or legal record-keeping requirement means we need to keep particular information longer. Website security logs are kept by the host for the period needed to operate and protect the service.
Your data protection rights
Depending on the reason we use your information, you may ask for a copy of it, request correction or deletion, ask us to restrict its use, object to use based on legitimate interests, or request a portable copy where that right applies. To make a request, email jackie@asiantouchlondon.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
