Cancellation and late changes
To cancel or change a confirmed appointment, WhatsApp us at least 10 minutes before the appointment start time. If you arrive late, we can see you if the therapist is still available; otherwise, you may need to wait up to 30 minutes for the next available slot. This booking notice does not limit any consumer rights that apply by law.
The session
Sessions are non-sexual massage treatments. You may ask to change pressure or stop a technique. The therapist may also stop the session if the agreed format is not respected.
Outcall
Hotel and home visits depend on a suitable private space. Coverage is not automatic outside Central London.
