A £60 transport charge applies to outcall bookings and is included in the total price quoted before the therapist sets off.

What the price includes

The booked treatment, the booked length, and the agreed format. Extra time is a new booking, not an automatic extension.

Payment is cash only at the appointment; no deposit or advance payment is taken. To cancel or change a confirmed booking, WhatsApp us at least 10 minutes before the start time. If you arrive late, we can see you if the therapist is still available; otherwise, you may need to wait up to 30 minutes for the next available slot.
